How long does installation take?
Most residential installations are completed in 1 day. More complex jobs (large homes, zone systems, significant ductwork) may take longer.

Will I have AC during the installation?
We work efficiently to minimize downtime. In most cases, you’ll be without AC for less than 24 hours.

Yes, we handle all required permits and inspections. This is included in our installation pricing.

We offer same-day service for most calls with 9 service vehicles covering our area. Emergency service is available 24/7 via phone.

Yes. We offer flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends to minimize disruption to occupied properties.

How does the FREE assessment work?
We’ll schedule a walkthrough of all properties, visually inspect and grade every outdoor HVAC unit, document ages and conditions, and provide a comprehensive written report with recommendations. No cost, no obligation.

All major brands including Carrier, Trane, Lennox, Rheem, Goodman, American Standard, and more. We’re a Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer.

How do we access service records and invoices?
Through your dedicated partner portal with 24/7 online access to all invoices, estimates, service history, photos, and property documentation.

Yes, we’re fully integrated with Breezeway and can coordinate through other property management systems via call, text, and email.

How do we communicate for service requests?
However works best for you – call our direct line, text for quick updates, or email for detailed requests. We’re available 24/7 for emergencies.

How often should I have maintenance performed?
We recommend twice-yearly service. Once in spring before cooling season and once in fall before heating season. Florida’s year-round climate demands regular attention.

We’ll explain any issues we discover and provide clear repair options with upfront pricing. You decide what makes sense for your home and budget.

Do you charge for estimates?We charge for a diagnostic service call where we’ll identify your problem and provide repair options with upfront pricing. This fee is waived if you proceed with the repair.

Yes, we offer competitive pricing for builders and quantity discounts for multi-unit projects.

What warranties do you provide?
